Rick Ross Ft. Dr. Dre & Jay-Z ‘3 Kings’ [Video]

 

Apparently Dr. Dre and Jay-Z did not have time to record new footage for Rick Ross’ “3 Kings” video, so the honorary Maybach salesman put together a montage he calls a “visual piece.” There’s not much to say about the video, but I want to know: why was the clip of Dre beside the girl with the botched surgery included?
